Every 2 Minutes Until failure, 1 Squat Snatch at the following weights:
220/150
235/160
250/170
260/175
270/180
280/185
290/190
295/195
300/200
Continue adding 5lbs until failure
You must successfully complete your lift within the first :30 of the 2:00 window, and may make as many attempts as you want.
Your first weight should be in the neighborhood of 80% - scale opening weight accordingly
